• Disclosure requirement on the fees paid to the statutory auditors
• Disclosure of the total number of voting rights and shares at the end of each calendar month
• News releases published under ongoing disclosure requirements
• News releases specifying how prospectuses published for public offerings have been made available
• Press release indicating the formalities for obtaining or consulting the documents in preparation for the Annual General Meeting
• Share buyback programs description and disclosure of trading in own shares
• Description of share buyback programmes
